You will need a 'Transport for London Private Hire License' (formely known as a PCO license) in order to work with us.

The more journeys you complete, the more money you will receive.

There are two types of booking at London Radio Cars Limited. Our priority service is account based bookings. For these journeys you will not receive cash from the client but you will be paid weekly.

Secondly, there are cash bookings for those journeys, the client will pay you directly, in cash, when you have completed the journey.

All London Radio Cars Limited drivers are Self-Employed. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that his vehicle always contains enough fuel to complete each journey.

All vehicles have satellite navigation with PDA(s). Furthermore, all drivers at London Radio Cars Limited will be required backgrounds checks. Before starting work with us, you will need to provide us following documents:

Driving license (both parts)
PCO license (both parts)
CRB certificate
National Insurance No. (NI)
Motor Ordinance Tax (MOT)
Vehicle insurance
One personal latest photograph
Two proves of identification clearly showing your current address

Experienced Controllers Required. Controller must be proactive, customer focused and have the ability to work in team, dealing with drivers and customer service agents or telephonists. You will have entire operational and leading role. Success of London Radio Cars Limited has been founded on short passenger waiting time. We do texting our customers with updates about their journey.

Technology is at the heart of everything we do, allowing us to manage customer journeys from the point of booking right through to drop-off.

Once a booking is confirmed, all passenger receive a text message containing the booking details and assigned driver's mobile number and another sms when vehicle has arrived at their pick up point.

Mini-Cab controller will be taking and covering all work and operations; so an ability to work with and motivate drivers is a prerequisite.

Customer Assistant

Experienced customer service agents are required to work day or night shifts. Operations Manager

Managers who work in operations are in charge of the implementation of business measures, new guideline or strategies. They work to improve the working environment and business processes of a company. They aim to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business operations. It is essential for the candidate to have a proven track record and the experience to enable them to be successful in this busy customer focused role.

An operations manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly. They are responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity. We have found that it takes time to build up this type of experience and confidence in the ability to perform at the expected level. They must have a strong background in running operations and a proven knowledge of PCO rules & regulations.

We are a small but growing mini cab company with a staff of 12. The successful candidate will be managing this team on their own and report to the director.
